Former Secretary to the Treasury, Fredson Yamba, has been granted bail pending appeal by the Lusaka High Court’s Economic and Financial Crimes Division after a panel of 3 judges ruled that his appeal raises a novel point of law of public importance, warranting his release while the matter is being determined.
