The entire Tonse Alliance leadership in Nkundalila Constituency has defected to the opposition Citizens First (CF).
Constituency chairperson Biscar Kunda stated that the team is determined to put CF President Harry Kalaba in State House. He explained that they want Bangwe Naviley Chisenga as Nkundalila Member of Parliament together with all seven councillors.
Kunda mentioned that the team under CF has with immediate effect launched a massive campaign drive to ensure a landmark victory.
Receiving the team, CF Nkundalila aspiring MP Bangwe Naviley Chisenga expressed gratitude for their decision to join Zambia’s fastest growing opposition political party.
Bangwe encouraged other opposition political parties to rally behind CF which he said is ready to offer alternative leadership.
He further emphasised that the competition is not among opposition parties but against the UPND, which has increased the cost of living.
