Government has handed over three brand‑new Land Cruiser vehicles to the Ministry of Education in Western Province to improve mobility and enhance service delivery in the education sector.
The vehicles will be distributed to Limulunga, Kaoma, and Sikongo Districts to support monitoring and implementation of education programmes such as the Zambia Education Enhancement Project (ZEEP), the Zambia Education for Empowerment and Learning Project (ZEEL), and the School Feeding Programme.
Western Province Permanent Secretary Simomo Akapelwa, who officiated at the handover ceremony, urged officers to ensure the vehicles are used responsibly and strictly for government programmes.
