The Lusaka High Court has heard that former Independent Broadcasting Authority (IBA) Director General, Guntila Muleya, was found handcuffed and with a deep wound on his forehead.

Scenes of crime officer Sebastian Simayumbula testifying before High Court Judge Vincent Siloka says Mr. Muleya’s hands were cuffed when his body was discovered.

Mr. Simayumbula’s testimony continues, and he is currently being cross-examined by the defence team.

In this case, systems engineer Samuel Dokowe, his younger brother, 29-year-old police officer M’Thusani Dokowe, IBA accountant Francis Chipyoka, 42, and 30-year-old police officer Caleb Zulu are charged with the murder of Mr. Muleya, which allegedly occurred on July 23, 2024, in Njolwe, Lusaka.
