The Lusaka Magistrate’s Court has ordered that jailed former Lusaka Province Minister Bowman Lusambo’s properties in Chamba Valley be forfeited to the State.
The court has also ordered him to pay K5.2million to the State for possession of tainted uncompleted block of flats belonging to an interested party.
