I understand many people are very anxious to know the new chipolopolo permanent coach after the Croatian asanovic left prematurely after guiding chipolopolo to their Usual Cosafa triumph.
I’m urging government to give the job to bwana Wedson Nyirenda and not on caretaker basis but permanent assignment with the full package of salary same as we give the expatiate coaches from Europe.
Wedson Nyirenda is the only passionate indigenous coach we currently have since the last time we had the likes of George mungwa , Brighton sinyangwe ,coach zoom ,chitalu and Alex chola .
Arab countries like Egypt , Morocco, Tunisia etc have highly invested in their local coaches and they have reaped unprecedented fruits .
Zambia have to start investing highly in passionate coaches like wada wada if we really want our national team to excel to greater heights.
Arabic nation’s have been doing this for many years and Senegal have followed suit
Zambia can do it aswell
