SOME male teachers at another girls’ school in Kafue have allegedly been s*xually abusing pupils at the institution, a development which led to the suspension of four educators, with one of them confessing having deflowered a pupil.
This comes barely a week after some male teachers at a girls’ missionary school in Lusaka were reported to be allegedly s*xually abusing learners.
In the latest case, one of the more than six victims’ mother went to the private boarding school and confronted her teen daughter’s alleged defiler.
The woman, who recorded the interrogation she had with the teacher, said he admitted having s*x with her 17-year-old child.
In a recording obtained by Zambia Daily Mail, the suspect is heard admitting having had s*x with the pupil but stressed that it was “only once”.
“So, you slept with my daughter?” the parent is heard asking the teacher, who admitted in response.
“So, you ‘removed’ her virginity?” the parent asked, as the teacher replied, “Yes, madam.”
“Oh my God,” the mother is heard saying as she wept.
“Do you know you have destroyed my daughter’s life, do you know that I send this girl here to be protected”, asked the mother. This is contained in a report published by Zambia Daily Mail.
