Minister of Youth Gender ,Sport and Culture , Honorable Tumiso Rakgare will on Thursday the 9th June 2022 sign a memorandum of agreement with his Namibian fellow counterpart Minister of Sport and Services Honarable Agnes Tjongarero to jointly bid to host the 2027 Total Energies Africa Cup of Nations.
The two governments will support their football Associations in Jointly biding for the 2027 tournament which has been dubbed BONA 2027.
The memorandum of agreement signing will be held at the Lekidi Football center in Gaborone ,Botswana.
The event will be broadcast live on the Botswana Football Association Home Facebook page as well as the parent ministry Ministry of Youth Gender , Sport and Culture .
