(BBC) Nigeria’s ruling party candidate Bola Tinubu has won the presidential election in the north-western Jigawa state, official results show.
He got 421,390 votes while his nearest rival, Atiku Abubakar, got 386,587.
Labour’s Peter Obi got 1,889.
The results were announced on Monday night at the national collation centre in the capital, Abuja.
