Charles Milupi, Minister of Infrastructure, Housing, and Urban Development, has announced that the Lusaka-Ndola dual carriageway project will be completed in less than three years.
In a statement, Milupi reported that he, along with acting Ministry permanent secretary Dr. Richard Banda and other ministry officials, conducted an impromptu inspection of the ongoing work on the Fisenge to Luanshya section of the $650 million project.
During the visit, they interacted with youth employed on the project and observed the high-quality, fast-paced work being carried out by Micro Ocean Investments Consortium, the PPP concessionaire.
Milupi confidently affirmed, “The New Dawn legacy Lusaka-Ndola dual carriageway PPP Project will be completed before the contractual duration of three years.”
