Kenya Airways has rescheduled its flight from Nairobi to Harare/Lusaka 3 times without giving reasons for the 5-hour delay.
Passengers grew impatient as the airline staff kept changing timings from the initial 7:30am departure.
One airline staff explained to the angry passengers that they were changing the aircraft on the Harare route from a Boeing 737 to an Embraer, which is a smaller plane.
This made the airline passengers even more impatient as they are unsure if the smaller aircraft would accommodate all passengers on the flight.
“I have other connecting flights, you’re delaying me. This is not fair,” a female passenger screamed before walking away in protest.
Yesterday, Kenya Airways notified passengers via text and WhatsApp messages about the first change.
