Chingola Incident What happened in Chiwempala yesterday is unacceptable and deserves strong condemnation. The Head of State is not just an individual but a state institution that deserves to be respected at all times and by all citizens, regardless of who holds it. There are, therefore, acceptable means to raise grievances to the head of state than what seems to have happened yesterday.In the same vain, the Head of State must be commended that, despite, the insecurity experienced, no life was lost in the area of the incident, under his watch as commander in chief of the armed forces, that is a mark of true leadership deserving positive commendation, for all human life is sacred.
