AFTER a heavy drinking spree, a woman of Isoka woke up to a shock after she found a bottle of beer inserted in her pr!vate parts.
It is also suspected that the victim was gang rap£d by six men whom she can identify if seen.
Muchinga Province Deputy Commissioner Ronald Zambo said the 30 year old victim went to drink in the company of several men.
Mr Zambo said while drinking the victim got drunk and fell asleep at the market.
He said the six suspects took advantage of the woman in her drunken state and rap£d her.
Mr Zambo said the incident happened between August 24 around 20:00 and August 25 at 07:00 hours.
“We received a report from the victim’s mother that her daughter was gang rap£d by six men who can be identified. The victim was awakened by some community members who noticed her sleeping nak£d with a bottle of beer inserted in her vag!na. She was later picked and taken to Kampumbu rural health center,” said the police.
Mr Zambo said the victim complained of swollen and painful pr!vate parts and was given a medical report.
He said the police have instituted investigations in the matter.
