Acting Transport and Logistics Minister Charles Milupi says government will install pedestrian barriers near the main UNZA entrance along Great East Road, in order to compel people to use the footbridge.
And Milupi says an assessment has revealed that the UNZA footbridge design is not fit for pedestrians.
