Police in Chipangali District have arrested Abraham Lungu of Chipangali council Check Point area in Inkosi Kapatamoyo’s Chiefdom for allegedly repeatedly defiling a 13-year-old girl from the same area in his vehicle.
Preliminary investigations are that Lungu promised the minor land and a bar as a token of appreciation.
According to Inkosi Kapatamoyo, the arrest occurred at Chipangali council checkpoint along the Lundazi road.

The police have yet to provide detailed information on the matter.
