This is Brigadier General Banda (Retired), aged 53, who was shot at by his 26-year-old companion Abigail Kalyabanyama of Nyumba Yanga on July 26. The young lady has been detained for attempted murder.Police say the two had a disagreement, which led to the General firing at Abigail first but missed, before she seized the weapon from the military trained man and shot him twice at the back of his head.
