CROWN TV ZAMBIA LAUNCHES “THE PR GIRLS: MORE THAN A BUSINESS”A Reality TV Series Scheduled to Air Every Sunday from 17th August 2025 The 13-episode TV show will offer viewers an exclusive peek into the professional and personal lives of the sister-duo; Monde and Chishimba Nyambe who are the Managing Partners of PR Girl Media, the Lusaka-based Lifestyle PR agency specialised in curating experiential events. The pair are also Co-Founders of the Lusaka July; Zambia’s leading fashion event and a force in the industry of Zambian fashion and pop-culture.
Influencers, corporate and media personalities gathered last night at a stylish event held in Lusaka to launch the Reality TV show. The event featured an exclusive screening of an episode of the TV series that has been described as “sizzling”, “jaw dropping” and “captivating”. Speaking at the event, Crown TV Managing Director Mr Oswald Yambani addressed the guests with immense pride in the channel’s commitment to supporting women in entrepreneurship and businesses in the creative industry. “We are proud of this partnership with the PR Girls and we will continue to invest in creative enterprises along with the support of the Ministry of Youth Sport and Arts and other key partners in media and entertainment.”
Also, in attendance at the event, Multichoice Zambia Head of Marketing Mr Mukuka Mulenga stated that “the partnership between PR Girl Media and Crown TV is a testament of what we call our hyper localization strategy where we have the opportunity to invest in local content and boost the local creative economy. We are excited to see what this is going to become over the next couple of months. As Multichoice, we will ensure that this show succeeds and reaches as many people as possible.”
Adding on to the evening with a heartfelt statement, popular musician Macky 2 congratulated the sister-duo and acknowledged their daring spirit and contribution to the entertainment industry. “I have known Monde and Chichi for over 20 years and we have worked on many projects together. They are perfectionists who have set the bar quite high for themselves and I have no doubt that this Reality TV show will be as excellent as their previous accomplishments.”
PS Chama Fumba of the Ministry of Youth, Sport & Arts was in attendance as the Guest of Honour and spoke as a patriot of the creative industry stating that, “this moment is important because unlike the previous Reality TV shows, the commissioning power of this particular show sits with a local channel. This is an exciting new space and as a Ministry we recognise the opportunities and economic power that this production presents to our local creatives and talent”.
