Some residents of Lusaka in Chelstone say they no longer feel safe following a series of attacks by an unknown person in different locations within the township.
Recently, three women, Mubanga Mwansa, Memory Chanda, and Hellen Katontonka were attacked within the same week in Chelstone between 19 and 20 hours, leaving them with injuries.
Stella Tembo, a resident who has lived in Chelstone for over 20 years, is now appealing to relevant authorities to intervene and restore peace in the community.
