A 4 Year, 2 Months Old child has been defiled by the landlord’s son in Chipata District of Eastern province.
The incident occurred yesterday 29th November,2025 between 08:00 hrs and 16:00hrs.
Mr. Mweemba says the mother of the victim 25-year-old reported that her daughter was allegedly defiled by a 13-year-old boy who is the son of their landlord.

The child complained of pain and discomfort after the incident.
The mother was alerted around 17:00 hours by her niece, who found the young girl crying and without clothes. She informed her that the landlord’s son had allegedly defiled the child.
When questioned, the young girl repeated the same account to her mother and other family members.
Police have since advised the parents of the suspect to take their son to the police for the involvement of Social Welfare officers in the handling of the matter , as he is a juvenile.
