A man Ghanaian man has been found dead days after he allegedly learnt that the four children he had been raising with his wife were not his biological offspring, sparking grief and debate among social media users.

Details indicate that the late Benjamin Offei who lived in Denmark had been married for nine years, following a decade-long relationship with his wife.

DNA results broke Offei’s heart According to a Facebook post by a user identified as Bmm Swerdna, Offei contacted him shortly before his death.

The friend said Offei broke down during the call as he tried to process the revelation. News of Offei’s death, which the post claimed occurred at his home in Copenhagen, spread rapidly on social media.

Authorities have not issued an official statement, and it remains unclear whether Offei was living with his wife at the time or what prompted the DNA test.
