ZNBC journalist CHANSA KUNDA has been crowned the Television Journalist of the Year at the inaugural 2026 Absa Media Awards, in recognition of her outstanding contribution to sports journalism.
Following the award, Ms. Kunda expressed heartfelt gratitude to Absa Bank Zambia and the Football Association of Zambia (FAZ) for the recognition, describing the accolade as a great honour.
She also thanked ZNBC for giving her the opportunity to grow and excel in her career, saying the award reflects the support she has received throughout her journey.
Ms. Kunda said the recognition means a great deal to her and her family, adding that she will remain forever grateful for the honour.
