A Watchman from Choma Municipal flipped in a motor vehicle belonging to the Local Authority in what has been described as an attempt to test his night driving skills after he undertook a jolly ride to Mbabala Constituency.
Choma Town Clerk, Embassy Chembo, tells Byta FM News in an exclusive interview that the incident occurred a few days ago.
Chembo states that the watchman is alleged to have taken the vehicle in the night without anyone’s authorization when he flipped it in Mbabala.
He however did not give many details on the matter, stating that the issue is under Police investigation.
