(ZNBC) A 43-year-old Man of Nsama District has appeared in the Mporokoso Magistrate Court on 21 counts of causing death by dangerous driving.
Lloyd Chansa is alleged to have caused the death of 21 United Church of Zambia members after the vehicle he was driving was involved in an accident on September 19, 2022.
Police Deputy Public Relations Officer Danny Mwale has disclosed that Mr. Chansa was recently discharged from hospital.
He said the accused was formally charged and arrested with 21 counts of Causing Death by Dangerous Driving.
