A block of 3 flats has been gutted with fire in Lusaka’s Chalala area off Shantumbu Road. Details are sketchy on what caused the fire as 2 of the 42 $1 million each firetrucks were at the scene to quench the fire although eye witnesses say they had run out of water. An official statement is expected by the authorities on the incident. This is contained in a report published by, HOT FM Zambia.
