A 64-YEAR-OLD man has asked the court to dissolve his marriage because his wife has been denying him his conjugal rights by faking sickness or claiming to be tired each time he wants to be intimate with her.
Dason Kabinda said he still loved his wife, Florence Mudenda, 42, but that her behaviour of denying him s*x was creating misunderstandings in their marriage. Kabinda sued his wife, Mudenda, for divorce.
The couple, who tied the knot in 2001, has one child.
Kabinda was charged K1,500 as dowry out of which he has only paid K200. “We still live under the same house and I love her. But she does not respect me.
She has been denying me s*x saying she is tired. She says she is not a door mat which her husband can use any. This is contained in a report published by Zambia Daily Mail.
