AS a way of reducing promiscuity, Sinazongwe District Commissioner Nchimunya Siakole has asked an undisclosed company in the area to expedite the process of working on a new parking area away from Sinazeze town because its trucks are allegedly used for illicit sexual activities involving small girls at night.
Young girls are said to be following truck drivers at Sinazeze in the night to engage in illicit sexual activities.
According Zambia Daily Mail, Mr Siakole said that trucks operate more like brothels in the area.
“We have a duty to protect the girl child from such immorality,” Mr Siakole said.
“We had initially given this condition to the mine but nothing has been done yet. Of course, the excuse is that the mine had closed at some point,” He said
