#Zambia, we hope the 2023 budget will be devoid of never ending promises of a paradise, a heaven on earth. We also hope the budget will be devoid of a never ending campaign mode of making unnecessary promises of being Macgyvers who will easily fix this and that. They have been promising heaven but they seem to have serious difficulties delivering even purgatory. We hope the budget will demonstrate innovation in its approch to addressing the massive challenges that the great majority masses face today. We hope the budget will not be crafted in a fimba upoke spirit! Ebalafimba!
