‘ABDUCTOR’ NOT FIT FOR TRIAL

A psychiatrist has told the Lusaka High Court that James Bwalya, one of the two men accused of abducting 13 young women last October is not fit to stand trial but his co accused, Mathew Sikaonga, is fit to be tried.
