(FAZ) Zambia has qualified to the TotalEnergies U20 AFCON set for Egypt in 2023 .
This follows the teams progression to the COSAFA Qualifier final with 3-2 post match penalties win over Angola.
The match ended 1-1 in regulation time. Chipyoka Songa drew Zambia level in the 40th minute after Domingo’s Bandeira had put Young Palancas Negris in the lead ten minutes earlier.
Zambia will face Mozambique in the final. The Young Mambas saw off South Africa’s Amajita 2-1 in the first semifinal.
