(ZNBC) TWO newly born babies have been dumped by their yet to be identified mothers at Kitwe Teaching Hospital on the Copperbelt for over three weeks.
According to, Hospital Resident Doctor, Crispin Mweemba, the babies were picked by police while one of them was still attached to a detached placenta.
