Hello fellow residents of Livingstone Central Constituency, i had the privilege of meeting some hardworking colleagues at Dambwa Central Market whose special talent is shoe repair.
Watching them carefully restore worn-out shoes reminded me that behind every pair they mend is a family they are striving to support and a dream they are working hard to achieve.
Their work also took me back to my childhood growing up in Siamukoma Village.
My vision is to ensure that skills development receives the attention it deserves and that the Constituency Development Fund (CDF) is fully utilised to empower artisans, provide vocational training, support cooperatives, and equip hardworking men and women with the tools they need to expand their businesses.
